Privacy policy
We collect your email, ZIP code, yard details and photos to make your designs. Photos are deleted 30 days after delivery, renders after 90. No tracking cookies.
What we collect
- Email address: to deliver your designs and sign you in.
- ZIP code, sun exposure, yard dimensions and notes: to match plants and scale the design.
- Photos of your yard: to generate the renders. We strip location (GPS) and camera metadata from photos when they are uploaded.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep Stripe's payment reference so we can issue refunds.
- Usage: privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (page views, no personal identifiers), plus standard server logs.
How photos are processed
Your photos are sent to Google's Vertex AI to generate the renders and the plant list. Google processes them to fulfil the request and does not use them to train its models under the terms we operate under.
How long we keep things
- Photos you upload: deleted 30 days after your designs are delivered.
- Renders and PDFs: available for 90 days, then deleted.
- Order records (email, ZIP, styles, dates, amounts): kept for accounting and support.
- Sign-in codes: expire after 15 minutes.
