What you are buying

YardPreview sells a one-time digital design pack: AI-generated renders of your yard in the styles you choose, a plant list matched to your USDA hardiness zone, and a one-page plan sheet per style. The price shown at checkout is the full price. There is no subscription.

What the renders are

Renders are AI-generated concepts made from your photos. They are inspiration and a communication tool for working with a landscaper, not construction documents, surveys, or planting plans. Plant suggestions are based on your ZIP code's hardiness zone and the sun exposure you give us; confirm availability and site conditions (grading, drainage, utilities, HOA rules) with a local professional before building.

Your photos

You confirm that you have the right to upload the photos you give us. We use them only to produce your designs. See the privacy policy for retention.

Re-dos

Each order includes two re-dos: if a render gets your house or yard wrong, ask for that render to be regenerated from your order page. Re-dos are for errors in preserving your property, not for trying additional styles.

Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: full refund if your designs are not delivered within 30 days of upload, and a refund or free regeneration within 14 days of delivery for orders that stay unusable after re-dos, by the list on that page.

Accounts

Your email address is your account. Sign-in is by a code we email you or by Google. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to it can see your orders.

Acceptable use

Do not upload photos of other people's property without permission, images containing people, or anything unlawful. We may cancel and refund orders that misuse the service.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for decisions, purchases or construction made on the basis of the designs.
