Not delivered

If your designs are not delivered within 30 days of uploading your photos, we refund the full amount, no questions asked. Email hello@yardpreviews.com with your order id.

Something is wrong with the designs

Every pack includes re-do credits (5, 10 or 20 depending on the pack). Use them first: the "Re-do" button under any render lets you tell us what went wrong, and that fixes most problems. A refund is for an order that is unusable even after re-dos, not for individual renders you don't like.

What qualifies for a refund or free regeneration, if it is still true after you have used at least half your re-do credits and emailed us within 14 days of delivery:

• Most renders show a different house, a different yard shape, or a camera angle that is not your photo.
• The plant list is not matched to your ZIP code's hardiness zone (for example tropical plants for a zone 5 yard).
• A plan sheet or layout sketch is missing for a style you paid for, or the zip download is broken.
• Fewer than 80% of the renders in your pack were delivered.

What does not qualify, because it is how AI concept renders work and what re-dos are for:

• A tree, shrub or piece of furniture added, moved or left out in some renders.
• Small changes to fence boards, window trim, siding colour, shadows or the sky.
• Not liking a style you chose, or wanting a style you did not choose.
• Plant quantities, spacing or costs that differ from a landscaper's quote: the designs are concepts, not construction documents.
• Dusk views that differ in lighting from what you imagined.

When a complaint qualifies we choose between regenerating the affected part at our cost and refunding the order. We will tell you which within 2 business days.

Changed your mind

Because the designs are generated specifically for your yard the moment you upload photos, we cannot refund once rendering has started. If you paid but have not uploaded photos yet, email us and we will refund in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
